The depth adjustment knob features 28 positions for multiple depth settings and precise depth control. Engineered with a uniform aluminum base plate that helps keep cuts flat and consistent, this tool can plane a width of 3-1⁄4 In. with ease. Dual shaving exhaust ports give workers the flexibility to direct wood shavings left or right, depending on worker preference. This helps keep the workpiece clear of dust and chip debris; further helping to increase cut accuracy. The single blade changing system allows for fast blade swaps without the need for extra alignment. On-tool blade storage allows workers to conveniently store two additional blades close at hand for less downtime. For visibility, the battery indicator light is on the back of the tool for quick status checks. The GHO18V-26N includes the 18V Brushless Planer, one dust bag, one guide fence, and two tungsten carbide blades; one blade installed on the tool and the second blade in the on-tool storage. This is a bare tool; battery and charger are sold separately.
