1.iPhone 14/14 Plus/14 Pro/14 Pro Max/iPhone 13/13 Pro/13 Pro Max/13 mini/iPhone 12 Pro Max / 12 Pro/ 12/ SE can be used (all tested)
2 All other phone models (including android phones) can be used with the magnetic phone case, or you can attach the gift metal ring to use (but we do not recommend it because the location of the metal ring is difficult to determine and it will reduce charging efficiency ).
Q1: Can it be used with a phone case?
The official Magsafe phone case can be used.
ther brands of magnetic phone cases can be used (brands are not limited).
he phone case does not have a magnet, you can use it with the metal gift ring (not recommended).
Q2: Can I use it without the phone case (bare metal)? Is the suction strong enough?
iphone 12/13 series cell phones have Magsafe function, which can be used without a case, and the suction force reaches 1.26 KG. Wearing a magnetic phone case can achieve a suction force of 1.38 KG and suck up 10 iPhones 13mini at the same time.
Q3: Does the device consume the car battery if there is no cellphone?
Before the car is turned off and the mobile phone is not used, the product will go into standby mode and will not consume the car's power (magnetic attraction does not require power consumption).
After the car is turned off, the product will enter the off state and will not consume any power from the car.
Q4:How can I quickly charge?
You need to use car charger with more than 18WQC3.0 (not included, no brand restrictions).
The USB car charging port that came with the car cannot achieve fast charging (cannot be used).
Q5: Is the heat high when charging?
Since the magnet is fully aligned with the coil, this is the least heat generating method for any wireless charging product. The outer ring is made of aluminum alloy material, which can dissipate heat quickly and reduce heat generation.
The magsafe car Charger Mount adopts Tiger-Teeth occlusion design, provides strong clamp. It will stay on your air vent clip and never fall off.
