Each bit is manufactured to exacting specifications and features a speed helix design that delivers 3x faster drilling than standard bits. Typical materials for drilling with Bosch black oxide bits include stainless steel, wood and PVC. The line’s expansive selection includes jobber length, stubby length, extended length (aircraft) and 1/2" reduced shank (Silver and Deming).
Titanium
The Bosch line of titanium drill bits offers a speed helix design for greater drilling speed and reduced heat for up to 2x life versus high-speed steel bits. A split point offers easy starts. Bosch titanium bits are surface hardened to penetrate tough materials without skating.
