How do I choose the right size?
Measure around the ankle bone. XS: 4.7 in (12 cm) brace height, 7.1–9.1 in (18–23 cm) ankle, height ref. 100–125 cm. S: 5.1 in (13 cm) brace height, 9.1–11 in (23–28 cm) ankle, height ref. 125–150 cm. Height is for reference only.
Can it be worn inside shoes?
Yes. For the best comfort, wear the brace over a sock, then put on your shoes. Its low-profile design fits comfortably inside most everyday shoes.
How should I clean the brace?
Hand wash only. Wash with mild soap and cold water, then air dry completely. Do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry.
